Collection

The collection process begins at your place of business. We will come to your location and collect your waste, which will then be sent to a recycling facility to begin the recycling process. Sorting

Filtering and de-ink

They’re separated from the pulp with the use of a centrifuge, which spins the mixture until the foreign material bubbles to the top or sinks to the bottom. The inks are also removed, leaving the pulp absolutely free of anything other than paper fibers.

The pulp is dried and readied for re-use at this step. After drying, the pulp is placed on a conveyor belt and moved through numerous processes to create new cardboard material.
